Overview
YONGLIDA QXP0-50S is an ISO Grindometer (double-channel), part of the QXP double-channel Fineness Gauge series. The product has two grooves, the measurement fineness range is 0~ 50 μm, and the Graduation is 5 μm. It can be applied to the standard experiment of "Coating Fineness Determination Method".

Principle
The ISO Grindometer reads the fineness value according to the scale by placing the sample in the groove, scraping it flat with a scraper, and then observing the particle distribution. The double-channel design can perform two tests at the same time to improve the experimental efficiency.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested in the groove of the fineness meter
2. Use a scraper to evenly scrape the surface of the sample
3. Observe the particle distribution and read the corresponding scale value

• Make sure the scraper and groove are clean and drying before use
• The scraper operation needs to maintain uniform strength
• Avoid collision between the scraper and hard objects to prevent damage
