Overview
HUITAI LHS-100SC + independent temperature limit alarm system Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber, volume is 100L, Temperature range is 0~ 60 ℃, input power is 1100W. The device adopts large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, with double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation effect. Its core adopts PID Control mode to ensure accurate temperature and humidity control and small fluctuations.

3. Independent temperature limit alarm system (standard): If the temperature exceeds the limit, the operation will be automatically interrupted and the sound and light alarm will be provided to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts temperature and humidity through a PID control system. The refrigeration system uses a Compressor and refrigerant without fluorine to cool down; the humidification system generates steam through an electric heating tube with a built-in water tank for humidification. The air in the box is driven by a JAKEL tube flow circulating fan, which forms a good air circulation through a uniquely designed air duct to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The independent temperature limit alarm system continuously monitors the temperature, and automatically cuts off the operation and alarms when the limit is exceeded.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program (if applicable) through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Place the sample and adjust the shelf spacing in the box.
4. Start the device running.
5. During operation, the situation in the box can be viewed through the observation window (such as optional), or the measurement can be carried out through the test hole (such as optional).
6. After the experiment, turn off the device according to the program.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test conditions are environment temperature 20 ℃, environment humidity 50% RH no-load state.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent alarm system will operate and needs to be dealt with in a timely manner.
● Optional accessories (such as intelligent program controllers, printers, interfaces, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
The box door observation window is optional (except for the SC model).
