Overview
HUITAI LHS-150SC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 150L constant temperature and humidity environment simulation device with a Temperature range of 0~ 60 ° C. The product features a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner with a double-decked door structure for enhanced thermal insulation. Its temperature control uses PID mode to ensure accurate temperature and humidity control and small fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the temperature and humidity in the box through a PID control system. The refrigeration system (without fluorine refrigerant) and the electric heating tube humidification system work together, with the circulating fan and the optimized air duct structure, so that the air in the box is evenly circulated, so as to maintain a stable and uniform temperature and humidity environment within the set range.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50HZ).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD display menu.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing.
4. Start the device running.
5. During the experiment, it can be viewed through the observation window (such as optional), or operated and measured through the test hole (such as optional).
6. After the experiment is completed or the set time is reached, the equipment stops running and the sample is taken out.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test conditions are no-load state of environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated, requiring timely treatment.
● Optional accessories (such as intelligent program controllers, printers, interface software, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
The box door observation window is optional, except for the SC model.
● Non-standard volume (such as 1000L) equipment can be customized according to user request.
