Overview
HUITAI LHS-250SC + Independent Temperature Limit Alarm System Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 250L volume constant temperature and humidity environment simulation device. It uses large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, Temperature range is 0~ 60 ℃, humidity control range is 60~ 85% RH, PID control to achieve accurate temperature and humidity control, small fluctuation. The box adopts double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation effect, and standard independent temperature limit alarm system to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the temperature and humidity in the box through a PID control system. The refrigeration system (without fluorine refrigerant) and the heating system work together to control the temperature, and the built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system works with the humidity Sensor to control the humidity. The air in the box forms a good circulation through the JAKEL pipe flow circulation fan and the uniquely designed air duct to ensure a uniform and stable environment. When the temperature exceeds the safe range set by the independent temperature limit alarm system, the system will automatically interrupt the operation and issue an alarm.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Put the sample to be tested on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box.
4, start the equipment operation, the system will automatically control the constant temperature and humidity according to the set parameters.
5. During the experiment, the situation in the box can be viewed through the observation window (optional), or the operation and measurement can be carried out through the test hole (optional).
6. After the experiment is completed or the set time is reached, the equipment stops running and the sample is taken out.
7. It can be optionally connected to a printer or computer to record and export experimental data through the USB/RS485 interface.
