Overview
HUITAI LHS-500SC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 500L precision environment simulation device with a Temperature range of 0 to 60 ° C. The device features a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner, and is equipped with a double-decked door structure for good thermal insulation. Its core control system uses PID algorithms to ensure the accuracy and Stability of temperature and humidity control.

Principle
The equipment uses the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating tube humidification system to cool/heat and humidify the environment in the box respectively. The PID control algorithm is used to compare the temperature and humidity data and set values collected by the Sensor in real time, and the air is circulated in the unique air duct through the circulating fan to realize the rapid, accurate and uniform control of the temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Put the sample to be tested on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box.
4. Start the equipment running, and the system will automatically control the temperature and humidity according to the set program.
5. During the experiment, the situation in the box can be viewed through the observation window (optional), or the operation and measurement can be carried out through the test hole (optional).
6. After the experiment is completed or the set time is reached, the equipment stops running and the sample is taken out.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic, non-vibration environment, the recommended working environment temperature is 20 ° C, humidity is 50% RH.
● Do not frequently open and close the box door during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the temperature and humidity Stability in the box.
Attention: The input power of the device is 2000W, please ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
The independent temperature limit alarm system is standard for safety. Do not shut down or modify its settings without authorization.
● When cleaning the liner, use a soft fabric to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel surface.
● Optional accessories (such as observation window, test hole, interface, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs, and the standard configuration (SC) does not include the observation window of the box door.
● The performance parameters (such as Temperature Fluctuation) test conditions are no-load, and the actual use may vary slightly due to load conditions.
