Overview
HUITAI LHS-150HC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 150L test device with an input power of 1400W and a Temperature range of -5 to 80 ° C. The device features a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner, with a double-decked door structure for enhanced thermal insulation. Its temperature and humidity control system uses PID control to ensure precise control and small fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the temperature and humidity in the box through a PID control system. The refrigeration system (using environmentally friendly refrigerants) and the electric heating tube humidification system work together, with the circulating fan and the unique air duct structure, so that the air in the box is evenly circulated, so that the set temperature and humidity conditions can be quickly reached and stabilized. An independent temperature limit alarm system monitors the temperature to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program (if necessary) through the large-screen LCD display menu.
3. Place the sample and adjust the shelf spacing in the box.
4. Start the device running.
5. During the experiment, you can view it through the observation window, or use the test hole for measurement (if optional).
6. After the experiment is completed, the sample is removed after the equipment stops running.

● The performance parameter test is carried out under the conditions of no load, no strong magnetic field, no vibration, environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated, requiring timely treatment.
● Optional accessories (such as intelligent program controller, printer interface, etc.) should be selected according to requirements.
● Non-standard volume (such as 1000L) equipment can be customized according to user request.
