Overview
HUITAI LHS-250HC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 250L constant temperature and humidity device with a Temperature range of -5 to 80 ° C and a humidity control range of 40 to 85% RH. The product features a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner, with a double-decked door structure to enhance heat insulation. Its temperature control adopts PID method to ensure accurate temperature and humidity control and small fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely regulates the temperature and humidity in the box through a PID control system. The refrigeration system uses a Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant to cool down, the humidification system generates humidity through an electric heating tube with a built-in water tank, and the circulating fan and unique air duct ensure a uniform and stable environment in the box. The independent temperature limit alarm system continuously monitors the temperature and automatically cuts off the operation and alarms when the limit is exceeded.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, and program parameters through the large-screen LCD menu-type operation interface.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing and place samples as needed.
4. Start the equipment to run, and the system will automatically perform PID control to maintain the set environment.
5. During the experiment, the conditions in the box can be viewed through the observation window (e.g. optional) without affecting the temperature.
6. After the experiment is completed or the scheduled time is reached, the equipment stops running and the sample is taken out.
7. Optional connection to a computer or printer for data recording and analysis.
Notice
● The equipment should work under the conditions of environment temperature of 20 ℃, environment humidity of about 50% RH, no strong magnetism and no vibration to ensure accurate performance parameters.
● Please note that the Power supply voltage is AC220V 50HZ to ensure that the power supply matches.
Please confirm that the temperature limit alarm system of the equipment is functioning normally before use to ensure the safety of the experiment.
● When cleaning the liner, make use of its four-corner half-arc design for easy cleaning.
● When performing experimental operations and measurements, if you need to use test holes, please note that this function is optional.
● Optional accessories (such as intelligent program controller, independent temperature limit controller, BOD socket, printer, interface software, observation window, test hole) should be selected according to actual needs, except for the SC model of the box door observation window.
