HUITAI LHS-500HC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 500L precision environment simulation device with an input power of 2000W and a Temperature range of -5 to 80 ° C. The device uses a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner, and has a double-decked door structure to enhance heat insulation. Its core adopts PID Control mode to ensure the accuracy of temperature and humidity control, with small fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the environment in the box through a PID control system. Temperature control is achieved through the Compressor cooling system and heating elements; humidity control is achieved through the built-in water tank electric heating pipe humidification system and the international brand humidity Sensor work together, with the JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan and the air circulation system formed by the unique air duct to ensure uniform and stable temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing as needed.
4, start the equipment operation, the equipment will be in accordance with the set program for constant temperature and humidity control.
5. During the experiment, the situation in the box can be viewed through the observation window (such as optional), or the experimental operation and measurement can be carried out through the test hole (such as optional).
6. After the experiment is completed or the set time is reached, the equipment stops running and the sample is taken out.
7. With the optional Interface, experimental data can be recorded and output by connecting a computer or printer.

Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test conditions are no-load state of environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
● Pay attention to the working environment temperature and humidity requirements of the equipment.
● Use an independent temperature limit alarm system. If the temperature exceeds the limit, it will automatically alarm and interrupt the operation. Timely treatment is required.
● When cleaning the liner, pay attention to its four-corner half-arc design.
