HUITAI LHS-250SCN + Independent Temperature Limit Alarm System Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a device with precise temperature and humidity control function, which can provide various environment simulation conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing. It is widely used in sterility testing, Stability inspection in Spinning & weaving, Food processing and other fields of industrial products.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber uses a Compressor cooling system, an electric heating tube humidification system, and a PID controller to achieve precise control of the temperature and humidity in the box. The circulating fan and the uniquely designed air duct structure form a good air circulation to ensure the uniform and stable environment in the box. An independent temperature limit alarm system continuously monitors the temperature and automatically interrupts the operation when the set limit is exceeded to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required parameters such as temperature, humidity, program cycle and time through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. The shelf spacing in the box and the wind speed gear of the fan can be adjusted according to the experimental needs.
4. Start the equipment and monitor the experimental process through observation windows or test holes.
5. After the experiment, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.

• The equipment is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system. If the temperature exceeds the limit, the operation will be automatically interrupted and alarmed. Please pay attention to the alarm prompt.
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz before use.
• Please pay attention to the selection of the wind speed gear of the fan during operation, so as not to affect the experimental results.
• When cleaning, please use the easy-to-clean design of the equipment, but avoid scratching the box with sharp objects.
• Optional functions (such as USB interface, printer, etc.) need to be configured separately.
• Do not block the test hole and air duct outlet on the left side of the box.
• Regularly check the working status of core components such as Compressors and humidification systems.
