HUITAI LHS-500SCN + independent temperature limit alarm system Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is an environment simulation equipment with precise temperature and humidity control function. It provides various environment simulation conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing, and can be widely used in Spinning & weaving, Food processing and other aseptic tests, Stability inspection, and industrial product raw material performance, product Encasement, product life and other tests.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely regulates the environment in the box through the built-in refrigeration system, heating system and humidification system, combined with PID control technology. Brand Compressor and self-developed cooling system are used to achieve temperature control, and international brand humidity Sensor and built-in water tank electric heating pipe humidification system are used to achieve humidity control. Good air circulation is formed through JAKEL pipe flow circulation fan and unique air duct structure to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required parameters such as temperature, humidity, program cycle and time through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing and fan wind speed gear (fast/slow) as needed.
4. Place the sample in the box and close the double-decked box door.
5. Start the equipment and monitor the experimental process through observation windows or test holes.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment according to the operating procedures and remove the sample.
Notice
The input power of the device is 3200W, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements of AC220V 50Hz and has the corresponding load capacity.
• Please confirm the size of the inner box (800 * 700 * 900mm) and Dimension (910 * 1030 * 1400mm) before use to ensure sufficient space for placement.
• Temperature range is 0~ 65 ℃, humidity control range is 40~ 95% RH, please do not use beyond this range.
• Pay attention to Temperature Fluctuation (high temperature +/- 0.5 ℃, low temperature +/- 1.5 ℃) and humidity deviation （ +/- 3~ 5% RH) parameters to meet the experimental accuracy requirements.
• The standard shelf is 2, please distribute the samples reasonably to ensure uniform air circulation in the box.
• Timer Range can reach 0~ 9999 minutes, please set it reasonably according to the experimental needs.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function. If you need this safety function, please confirm the configuration.
• Optional accessories (such as intelligent program controller, embedded printer, RS485 interface, etc.) need to be configured separately, please choose according to your needs.
• The equipment adopts mirror stainless steel liner, please use soft cloth when cleaning to avoid scratches.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the stability of temperature and humidity in the box.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, the device will automatically interrupt and alarm when the set limit temperature is exceeded, please deal with it in time.
