Overview
HUITAI LHS-250SC + Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 250L volume constant temperature and humidity environment simulation device. It uses a large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, Temperature range is 0~ 60 ℃, temperature and humidity control is accurate, small fluctuations, and standard embedded printer.

1. Humanized design: large screen LCD display, menu operation interface; use environmentally friendly without fluorine refrigerant; mirror stainless steel liner, easy to clean, adjustable shelf spacing; double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation performance; optional test hole and box door observation window (except SC model).

Quality assurance: using brand Compressor and self-developed cooling system; using JAKEL circulating fan and unique air duct to ensure temperature uniformity; using international good brand humidity Sensor and built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system to effectively ensure humidity deviation; PID Control mode, temperature control and humidity accurate; with 99 cycles, 30 sections per cycle of complex program operation ability.
3. Security and data processing: optional independent temperature limit alarm system, automatic interruption and alarm over temperature; optional USB or RS485 interface to connect to printer or computer to record data; standard embedded printer.
Principle
The device precisely adjusts temperature and humidity through a PID control system. The refrigeration system (using environmentally friendly refrigerants) and the electric heating tube humidification system work together to create and maintain a uniform and stable constant temperature and humidity environment in the box with the air circulation system formed by the circulating fan and the unique air duct.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing.
4. Start the device running.
5. The experimental process and data can be monitored and recorded through the observation window (optional) or connected to a printer/computer (optional).

● The performance parameter test is carried out under the conditions of no load, no strong magnetic field, no vibration, environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
● Non-standard volume (such as 1000L) products can be customized according to user requests.
● The test hole on the left side of the box, the observation window of the box door (except for the SC model), the independent temperature limit alarm system, the USB/RS485 interface and software are optional functions, not standard.
● Please pay attention to the working environment requirements of the equipment (temperature 20 ° C, humidity 50% RH) to ensure performance.
