Overview
HUITAI LHS-500SC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 500L volume constant temperature and humidity environment simulation device. It uses a large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, Temperature range is 0~ 60 ℃, temperature and humidity control is accurate, small fluctuation, and optional embedded printer.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the environment in the box through PID Control mode. The refrigeration system (using environmentally friendly refrigerants) and the heating system work together to control the temperature, and the built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system works with the humidity Sensor to control the humidity. The air in the box is driven by a circulating fan, which forms a good air circulation through a uniquely designed air duct to ensure uniform and stable temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD display menu.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing.
4. Start the device running.
5. During the experiment, it can be viewed through the observation window (such as optional), or operated and measured through the test hole (such as optional).
6. After the experiment, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test conditions are no-load state of environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
● Note that Temperature Fluctuations are Different at High and Low Temperatures.
● Optional accessories (such as independent temperature limit alarm, observation window, test hole, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
● Non-standard volume products can be customized according to user requests.
