Overview
HUITAI LHS-100HC + Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 100L embedded printer constant temperature and humidity test equipment. Temperature range is -5~ 80 ℃, using large screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, double-decked door structure insulation effect is good. The device realizes accurate temperature and humidity adjustment through PID control, with small fluctuations.

3. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system: automatic interruption and sound and light alarm when the temperature exceeds the limit.
4. Optional and convenient data processing: with USB or RS485 interface, you can connect a printer or computer to record data.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber uses the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating pipe humidification system to cool and humidify the environment in the box respectively. The PID control algorithm is used to precisely adjust the output of refrigeration, heating and humidification components, and the circulating fan and unique air duct form a uniform air circulation, so as to achieve the set temperature and humidity environment and keep the fluctuation within a small range.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Place the sample on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box and close the double-decked box door.
4. Start the device to run, and the embedded printer can record the running data (if the data processing function is optional, the external device can be connected through the USB or RS485 interface).
5. Run until the set time or after the program is completed, remove the sample.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test conditions are no-load state of environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
● Power supply voltage is AC220V 50HZ before use.
● Optional accessories (such as independent temperature limit controller, test hole, observation window, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
● Non-standard volume products can be customized according to user requests.
● Note that Temperature Fluctuations are Different at High and Low Temperatures.
During operation, if an independent temperature limit alarm is triggered (optional), the equipment will automatically be interrupted and sound and light prompts will be issued, which needs to be dealt with in time.
