HUITAI LHS-250HC + embedded printer Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber, volume is 250L, Temperature range is -5~ 80 ℃, humidity control range is 40~ 85% RH. The device uses large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, with double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation effect. Its temperature and humidity control system adopts PID control, which has high Accuracy and small fluctuation.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the environment in the box through a PID control system. Temperature control is achieved through the Compressor cooling system and heating elements; humidity control is completed through the built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system and the international good brand humidity Sensor. The air in the box is driven by the JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan, which forms a good circulation through the uniquely designed air duct to ensure uniform temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing.
4. Start the device running.
5. You can check the situation in the box through the observation window (optional), or carry out experimental operation and measurement through the test hole (optional).
6. After the run, remove the sample.
7. Optional connection to a printer or computer to record data via USB or RS485 interface.

Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test conditions are environment temperature 20 ℃, environment humidity 50% RH no-load state.
● Pay attention to the working environment temperature and humidity requirements of the equipment.
When using the optional independent temperature limit alarm system, the temperature limit should be set correctly.
