Overview
HUITAI LHS-500HC + embedded printer Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber, volume is 500L, Temperature range is -5~ 80 ℃, humidity control range is 40~ 85% RH. The product adopts large-screen LCD display, mirror stainless steel liner and double-decked door structure, with good thermal insulation effect. Its temperature control adopts PID method, and the temperature and humidity control are accurate and have small fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the temperature and humidity of the environment in the box through the Compressor cooling system, the electric heating pipe humidification system and the PID controller. The circulating fan and the uniquely designed air duct structure form a good air circulation to ensure the uniform and stable temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, and program (if necessary) through the large-screen LCD menu-type operation interface.
3. Place the sample on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box.
4. Start the device running.
The experimental process can be monitored and recorded through the observation window or optional Interface (e.g. embedded printer, RS485 interface).
6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the equipment according to the operating procedures.
Notice
● The performance parameter test is carried out under the conditions of no load, no strong magnetic field, no vibration, environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the optional independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated, requiring timely treatment.
● Products such as non-standard volume (such as 1000L) can be customized according to user requests.
Some functions (such as test hole, observation window, independent temperature limit alarm, Interface) are optional, please operate according to the actual configuration.
