HUITAI LHS-150SC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 150L, with an input power of 1400W and a Temperature range of 0 to 60 ° C. The device features a large-screen LCD display and a mirror stainless steel liner, with a double-decked door structure to enhance thermal insulation. Its core adopts PID control technology to ensure the accuracy and Stability of temperature and humidity control, with small fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the temperature and humidity in the box through a PID control algorithm. The refrigeration system (using environmentally friendly refrigerant) and the electric heating tube humidification system work together, with the JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan and the unique air duct structure to form an efficient air circulation, ensuring the uniform and stable environment in the box to meet the simulation conditions required for various tests.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing as needed.
4. Start the device running.
5. During the experiment, you can check the inside of the box through the observation window (e.g. optional), or connect to an external device through the USB interface to record data.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment according to the operating procedures.
Notice
● The equipment should operate under the conditions of environment temperature 20 ℃, environment humidity 50% RH, no strong magnetism and no vibration to obtain the nominal performance.
● Note that the humidity control range of the equipment is 60~ 85% RH.
● Power supply voltage is AC220V 50HZ before use.
● Optional accessories such as independent temperature control, test holes, etc. should be selected according to actual needs.
● When conducting experimental operations and measurements, the test holes on the side of the box can be used (optional) to reduce the impact on the environment in the box.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the optional independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated, requiring timely treatment.
