Overview
HUITAI LHS-500SC + USB interface Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 500L. It uses a large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, Temperature range is 0~ 60 ℃, humidity control range is 60~ 85% RH, PID control to achieve accurate and stable temperature and humidity control, with small fluctuations.

Principle
The equipment jointly regulates the environment in the box through the Compressor refrigeration system, the electric heating pipe humidification system and the air circulation system composed of the circulating fan and the air duct. The PID control algorithm is used to monitor and adjust the output of the heating, cooling and humidification elements in real time to achieve accurate and stable control of the set temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing.
4. Start the device running.
5. Data can be recorded by connecting external devices through the USB interface.
6. After the experiment, shut down the equipment and remove the sample according to the procedures.

● The performance parameter test is carried out under the conditions of no load, no strong magnetic field, no vibration, environment temperature 20 ℃ and humidity 50% RH.
● Optional accessories (such as independent temperature limit controller, test hole, observation window, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the optional independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated.
● Non-standard volume (such as 1000L) products can be customized according to user requests.
