Overview
HUITAI LHS-100HC humidity chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 100L, with an input power of 1100W and a Temperature range of -5~ 80 ℃. It uses a large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, and the double-decked door structure has good thermal insulation effect. The device realizes precise temperature and humidity adjustment through PID control, with small fluctuations, and can provide the required environment simulation conditions for industrial research, biotechnology testing, etc.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely regulates the environment in the box through a PID control system. Temperature control is achieved by the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating element heating system working together; humidity control is regulated by the electric heating tube humidification system and the dehumidification system with the built-in water tank. The air in the box is driven by the JAKEL tube flow circulating fan, which forms a good circulation through the specially designed air duct to ensure uniform temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program parameters through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf spacing as needed.
4. Start the equipment running, and the system will automatically control the temperature and humidity according to the set program.
5. During the experiment, you can check the situation in the box through the observation window (such as optional), or perform measurement operations through the test hole (such as optional).
6. After the experiment, remove the sample.
7. Can be connected to a computer or printer through a USB interface to export or print experimental process data records.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic, non-vibration environment, the recommended working environment temperature is 20 ° C, humidity is 50% RH.
● The performance parameter test is carried out under no-load conditions, and the load may affect some parameters in actual use.
● Pay attention to the equipment Temperature range (-5~ 80 ℃) and humidity control range (40~ 85% RH), do not use beyond the range.
The optional independent temperature limit alarm system can provide additional security when the temperature exceeds the limit. It is recommended to consider the selection according to the experimental requirements.
