HUITAI LHS-150HC + USB interface Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 150L test device with an input power of 1400W and a Temperature range of -5~ 80 ° C. It uses a large-screen LCD display and a mirror stainless steel liner, and the double-decked door structure has good thermal insulation. The device realizes accurate temperature and humidity adjustment through PID control, with small fluctuations, providing stable environment simulation conditions for various tests.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the environment in the box through a PID control system. Temperature control is achieved through the Compressor cooling system and heating elements; humidity control is achieved through the built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system in cooperation with the international good brand humidity Sensor to ensure humidity stability. The air in the box is driven by the JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan, which is specially designed to form a good circulation through the air duct to ensure the uniformity of temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display (supports multi-stage cycling).
3. Place the sample on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box and close the double-decked box door.
4. Start the equipment running and the PID control system starts working.
5. It can be connected to a computer or printer through a USB interface to record and monitor changes in temperature and humidity parameters in real time.
6. After the experiment is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
