Overview
HUITAI LHS-500HC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 500L. It uses a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner. Temperature range is -5~ 80 ° C, humidity control range is 40~ 85% RH, and PID Control mode ensures precise control of temperature and humidity, with small fluctuations. Double-decked door structure design provides good thermal insulation effect.

Principle
The equipment uses the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating pipe humidification system to adjust the cooling/heating and humidification environment in the box respectively. The PID control algorithm is used to compare the set value and Sensor feedback value in real time, and precisely adjust the output to achieve stable temperature and humidity control. The unique air circulation system is driven by the tube flow circulating fan and the air duct structure to ensure uniform temperature and humidity at each point in the box.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable environment without strong magnetism and vibration, with an environment temperature of about 20 ° C and a humidity of about 50% RH.
2. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
3. Set the required parameters such as temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time through the menu-type interface of the large-screen LCD display.
4, place the sample, adjust the shelf spacing.
5. Start the device running.
6. During operation, you can check the situation in the box through the observation window (optional), or use the test hole for measurement (optional).
7. After the run is over or the set time is reached, the device stops. Data can be exported by connecting to a computer or printer through the USB interface.
