HUITAI LHS-500SCN + USB interface Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is an environment simulation device with precise temperature and humidity control function. It provides various environment simulation conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing, and can be widely used in Spinning & weaving, Food processing and other aseptic tests, Stability inspection, and industrial product raw material performance, product Encasement, product life and other tests.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber achieves accurate control and stable maintenance of the temperature and humidity of the environment in the box through the built-in Compressor cooling system, electric heating tube humidification system and circulating fan, combined with PID Control mode and temperature and humidity Sensor. The unique air circulation system ensures the uniformity of temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable location and connect it to a power source.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. The shelf spacing in the box and the wind speed gear of the fan can be adjusted according to the experimental needs.
4. Place the sample and close the box door.
5. Start the equipment to run the experiment.
6. During the experiment, the situation in the box can be viewed through the observation window, or measurements can be made through the test hole.
7. After the experiment, the data can be exported by connecting to a computer or printer through a USB interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the device is AC220V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Please read the operation manual carefully before use and be familiar with the menu interface and function settings.
• When placing the sample, pay attention to adjust the shelf spacing to ensure smooth air circulation.
• Select the appropriate fan wind speed gear according to the sample characteristics to prevent moisture loss from affecting the experimental results too quickly.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the stability of temperature and humidity in the box.
• Note that the Temperature range of the equipment is 0~ 65 ℃, and the humidity control range is 40~ 95% RH. Please do not use beyond this range.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment, especially mirrored stainless steel liners and air ducts.
• If experiments with high safety requirements are required, an independent temperature limit alarm system is recommended.
When connecting a USB port to export data, make sure your computer or printer is compatible.
