Overview
HUITAI LHS-100SC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 100L, an input power of 1100W, and a Temperature range of 0 to 60 ° C. The device features a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner, a double-decked door structure for enhanced thermal insulation, and precise temperature and humidity control through PID Control mode with minimal fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely regulates the environment in the box through a PID control system. Temperature control is achieved through the Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating element heating; humidity control is maintained through the electric heating tube humidification system with the built-in water tank and the humidity Sensor feedback. The air in the box is driven by the JAKEL tube flow circulating fan, and the uniquely designed circulating air duct ensures an even distribution of temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, and program (e.g. cycle, period) through the large-screen LCD menu-type operation interface.
3. Place the sample and adjust the shelf spacing in the box.
4. Start the device running.
5. A computer or printer can be connected through the RS485 interface to monitor and record temperature and humidity data in real time.
6. After the experiment is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
● The equipment should operate the test performance parameters under the conditions of environment temperature 20 ℃, environment humidity 50% RH, no strong magnetic and no vibration.
● Note that the humidity control range of the equipment is 60~ 85% RH, and the humidity deviation is +/- 5~ 8% RH.
● Power supply voltage is AC220V 50HZ before use.
● Optional accessories (such as independent temperature limit controller, test hole, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
● When conducting experimental operations and measurements, the test holes on the side of the box can be used (optional) to reduce the impact on the environment in the box.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the optional independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated, requiring timely treatment.
