Overview
HUITAI LHS-150SC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 150L and an input power of 1400W. Its Temperature range is 0~ 60 ° C. It features a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner. It has a double-decked door structure to enhance heat insulation. The device realizes precise temperature and humidity adjustment through PID control, with small fluctuations and stable performance.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber uses the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating pipe humidification system to cool and humidify the environment in the box respectively. The PID control algorithm is used to monitor and adjust the temperature and humidity in real time to stabilize them near the set value with small fluctuation. The air in the box is well circulated through the circulating fan and the unique air duct structure to ensure the uniformity of the environment.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put the sample to be tested on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box.
4, start the equipment operation, the system will automatically PID control, maintain the set constant temperature and humidity environment.
5. During the experiment, the situation in the box can be viewed through the observation window (such as optional) without affecting the internal environment.
6. After the experiment, remove the sample and turn off the power of the device.
7. For data recording, a computer or printer can be connected through the standard RS485 interface.

Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test conditions are no-load state of environment temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
● Pay attention to the requirements of working environment temperature and humidity.
The use of an optional independent temperature limiting alarm system can further enhance the safety of the experiment.
