Overview
HUITAI LHS-250SC + RS485 interface Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 250L volume constant temperature and humidity environment simulation device. It uses large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, Temperature range is 0~ 60 ℃, humidity control range is 60~ 85% RH, with PID Control mode to ensure accurate temperature and humidity control and small fluctuations.

Principle
The equipment uses the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating tube humidification system to cool and humidify the environment in the box respectively. The PID control algorithm is used to precisely adjust the working status of the refrigeration, heating and humidification unit according to the feedback signal of the temperature and humidity Sensor to achieve the set temperature and humidity goals. With the JAKEL pipe flow circulation fan and unique air duct, a good air circulation is formed to ensure the uniform and stable temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and adjust the shelf to the appropriate spacing.
4. Start the device running.
5. A computer or printer can be connected through the RS485 interface to monitor or record temperature and humidity data in real time.
6. After the experiment is completed, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance test reference environment is temperature 20 ℃, humidity 50% RH.
● Note that Temperature Fluctuations are different at high and low temperatures.
The use of an optional independent temperature limiting alarm system can further enhance the safety of the experiment.
