Overview
HUITAI LHS-500SC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a 500L precision environment simulation device with an input power of 2000W and a Temperature range of 0 to 60 ° C. The device features a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner, with a double-decked door structure to enhance thermal insulation. Its core adopts PID Control mode to ensure the accuracy and Stability of temperature and humidity control, with small fluctuations.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts the heating, cooling and humidification systems through a PID controller. The Compressor cooling system and circulating fan are combined with a unique air duct to form a stable air circulation to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The humidity is controlled by the electric heating tube humidification system with the built-in water tank and the international brand humidity sensor to achieve the set environment simulation conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put the sample to be tested on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box.
4. Start the equipment running, and the system will automatically perform PID precise control.
5. A computer or printer can be connected through the RS485 interface to record and monitor changes in temperature and humidity parameters in real time.
6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the equipment according to the operating procedures.

Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic and vibration-free environment.
● The performance parameter test is based on the conditions of no load, environment temperature 20 ℃, environment humidity 50% RH.
● Pay attention to the requirements of working environment temperature and humidity.
● Optional accessories (such as independent temperature limit alarm, test hole, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
● When conducting experimental operations and measurements, the optional test holes on the side of the box can be used to reduce the impact on the environment in the box.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the optional independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated, requiring timely treatment.
