Overview
HUITAI LHS-100HC humidity chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 100L and an input power of 1100W. It uses a large-screen LCD display and mirrored stainless steel liner. Temperature range is -5~ 80 ° C. PID control enables accurate temperature and humidity regulation, with small fluctuations, and is equipped with a double-decked door structure to enhance heat insulation.

Principle
Through the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating pipe humidification system, combined with the PID control algorithm, the equipment precisely adjusts the environment in the box. The circulating fan and the unique air duct structure promote the uniform circulation of air to ensure the consistent distribution of temperature and humidity, so as to simulate the required stability testing conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program cycle through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Place the sample and adjust the shelf spacing in the box.
4. Start the device running.
5. Data can be monitored and recorded by connecting a computer or printer through the RS485 interface.
6. After the experiment is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
● The performance parameter test is carried out under the conditions of no load, no strong magnetic field, no vibration, environment temperature 20 ℃ and humidity 50% RH.
● Optional accessories (such as independent temperature limit controller, test hole, observation window, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
When the temperature limit is exceeded, the optional independent temperature limit alarm system will be activated, requiring timely treatment.
● Non-standard volume (such as 1000L) products can be customized according to user requests.
