Overview
HUITAI LHS-250HC + RS485 interface Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 250L. It uses a large-screen LCD display and mirror stainless steel liner, Temperature range -5~ 80 ℃, humidity control range 40~ 85% RH, PID control to achieve accurate temperature and humidity adjustment, with small fluctuations. The box adopts double-decked door structure, which has good thermal insulation effect, and comes standard with RS485 interface for data recording.

Principle
The equipment uses the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating tube humidification system to cool and humidify the environment in the box respectively. The PID control algorithm is used to precisely adjust the temperature and humidity, and the air in the box is evenly circulated through the circulating fan and the unique air duct structure to maintain the set constant temperature and humidity conditions. RS485 interface is used for external equipment connection to realize data monitoring and recording.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity, and program (if necessary) through the large-screen LCD menu-type operation interface.
3. Place the sample and adjust the shelf spacing in the box.
4. Start the device running.
5. A computer or printer can be connected through the RS485 interface to monitor or record changes in temperature and humidity parameters in real time.
6. After the experiment is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
● The equipment should work under the conditions of environment temperature of 20 ℃, environment humidity of about 50% RH, no strong magnetism and no vibration to ensure accurate performance parameters.
● Pay attention to the equipment Temperature range (-5~ 80 ℃) and humidity control range (40~ 85% RH), do not use beyond the range.
The optional independent temperature limit alarm system can automatically interrupt the operation when the temperature is exceeded. It is recommended to choose according to the experimental safety requirements.
● When cleaning, please note that the liner is made of mirror stainless steel, and avoid using sharp or corrosive cleaning tools.
● When conducting experimental operations and measurements, the optional test hole on the left side of the box can be used to reduce the impact on the environment in the box.
