Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber uses the Compressor cooling system and the electric heating pipe humidification system to cool and humidify the environment in the box respectively. The PID control algorithm is used to precisely adjust the temperature and humidity, and the JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan is combined with the unique air duct structure to form a good air circulation to ensure that the temperature and humidity at each point in the box are uniform and stable, so as to simulate the required test environment.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable environment without strong magnetism and vibration, with an environment temperature of about 20 ° C and a humidity of about 50% RH.
2. Connect the AC220V 50HZ power supply.
3. Through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display, set the required parameters such as temperature, humidity, program cycle, and time.
4. Place the sample to be tested on the shelf with adjustable spacing and close the double-decked box door.
5. Start the equipment to run, and the equipment will automatically perform temperature and humidity control according to the set program.
6. During the experiment, the conditions in the box can be viewed through the observation window (if optional), or the computer monitoring data can be connected through the RS485 interface.
7. After the experiment, remove the sample and turn off the power of the device.
