TWG-4032L high temperature drying oven is a high temperature heat treatment equipment of TAISITE brand, which can realize various functions such as drying, baking, sintering, curing, heat treatment, heat preservation and high temperature test.

Principle
The equipment works by forced hot air circulation. The microcomputer temperature control system controls the stainless steel heating pipe to heat the air in the box according to the set temperature parameters, and makes the hot air flow evenly in the inner tank through the circulating fan to achieve accurate and uniform temperature control and complete the set heat treatment process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Start the equipment and start the heating operation.
4. The equipment performs thermostatic and timing work according to the set program.
5. After the work is completed, the equipment stops heating, and the sample is removed after it is naturally chilled down or operated according to the procedure.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V.
• Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• The long-term use temperature of the equipment is 380 ° C, please do not exceed this limit.
• Pay attention to the position of the exhaust port of the equipment (top φ 40mm).
• Do not block the exhaust port during operation and ensure that the surrounding is well ventilated.
• The equipment has over-temperature alarm function, please check and deal with it in time when alarming.
• When cleaning the liner, please use its arc angle design and operate carefully.
• When moving the device, use casters and confirm the lock switch status.
