Principle
The high temperature drying oven adopts convection mode of forced hot air circulation, heating through stainless steel heating pipe, PID logic operation is performed by intelligent microcomputer integrated temperature control system, and the temperature in the box is accurately controlled to achieve a uniform and stable high temperature environment to meet the process requirements of drying, baking, heat treatment, etc.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 10A).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Select the operation function (fixed-value operation or scheduled operation).
4. Start the device and start working.
5. After the work is completed, the device will stop or alarm according to the settings.

• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V 10A).
• Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• The equipment has over-temperature alarm function, please check and deal with it in time when alarming.
• Please confirm that the door lock is closed before use to ensure sealing.
When moving equipment, use casters and pay attention to the state of the lock switch.
• The upper limit of long-term use temperature is 480 ° C. Do not exceed this temperature for long-term operation.
• When cleaning the liner, pay attention to its 304 stainless steel material and arc angle design.
