Principle
The equipment through the forced hot air circulation mode, provided by the stainless steel heating pipe heat source, intelligent microcomputer temperature control system according to the PID logic operation to accurately control the temperature, to achieve uniform distribution of temperature in the box and stable control, to complete the drying, baking, heat treatment and other processes.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Start the equipment and the heating system starts to work.
4. After the equipment runs to the set time or temperature, it can automatically stop or enter the holding state.
5. After the processing is completed, turn off the power and take out the items after the box is chilled down.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• Long-term use temperature should not exceed 580 ° C.
• Please confirm that the door lock is closed before use to ensure sealing.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting Temperature uniformity and safety.
• When cleaning the liner, wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Be careful to keep the exhaust port on the top of the device unobstructed.
• To move the device, use casters and confirm the lock switch status.
