TWG-5136L high temperature drying oven is a multifunctional equipment for high temperature environment, which can realize drying, baking, sintering, curing, heat treatment, heat preservation and high temperature test. Its long-term use temperature can reach 480 ℃, Temperature range from room temperature + 10 ℃ to 500 ℃.

Principle
The equipment adopts the convection mode of forced hot air circulation, and precisely controls the stainless steel heating pipe heating through the intelligent microcomputer temperature control system, so that the internal temperature of the studio is uniform, quickly reaches the set value, and maintains the thermostatic state to realize the drying, baking, heat treatment and other processes.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature, thermostatic time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Start the equipment and the heating system starts to work.
4. After the device reaches the set temperature, it enters the thermostatic state and starts timing.
5. After the timing is over, the device stops heating or enters the next stage (if using a program controller).
6. After the equipment is chilled down, remove the sample.
Notice
• The device needs to use a 380V power supply, please make sure the power supply matches.
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• When the equipment is running and just after the end, the studio temperature is extremely high, do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
• Do not put flammable and explosive items in the box.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment in good condition.
• Please make sure the door is closed and well sealed before use.
• To move the device, use casters and make sure the lock switch is fixed.
