Principle
The equipment adopts the convection mode of forced hot air circulation, and precisely controls the stainless steel heating pipe heating through the intelligent microcomputer integrated temperature control system (PID logic operation), so that the internal temperature of the studio can reach the set value evenly and stably, so as to realize the functions of drying, baking, sintering, curing, heat treatment, heat preservation and high temperature test.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Start the device, and the device starts to heat up and run.
4. After the operation, the equipment can automatically stop or enter the heat preservation state.
5. After the equipment is chilled down, open the door and take out the sample.
Notice
* Power supply voltage of the device is 380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
* Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
The long-term operating temperature of the equipment is 580 ° C. Do not exceed this temperature limit.
