Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS) series is used for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance, moisture resistance experimental test, using Temperature range -20, -40, -70~ 150 ℃, humidity control range 20% -98% RH, providing a variety of content product selection.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and cooled by a refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or a German BITZER Compressor. Centrifugal fans and broadband forced air circulation (up and down) are used to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The control system collects data through the PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and the touch screen controller performs multi-stage program temperature control to achieve accurate temperature and humidity control.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and operating procedures through the large-screen LCD touch controller (support setting or timing operation).
3. For remote control, it can be connected via USB 3.0 or RS485 interface.
4. Start the device, and the device will run automatically according to the set program, allowing the experimental status to be monitored through the observation window.
5. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting, or manually stopped.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• The equipment has a variety of safety protections (such as over-temperature, anti-dry burning, water shortage, Compressor protection, etc.), but safety still needs to be paid attention to during operation.
• Check the water supply system before use to ensure it is normal.
• When moving the device, the built-in pulley can be used, but it needs to be operated smoothly.
• Regularly check and maintain the refrigeration system and Sensors to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• The controller menu can be locked to prevent misoperation.
• The device has parameter memory and call recovery functions after power failure, but it is recommended to check the settings when restarting after unplanned power failure.
• Do not block the entry and exit trends when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the airflow circulation.
