Principle
The device is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves rapid cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The air in the box is circulated by a centrifugal fan in a broadband forced airflow (up, out, down) to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and performs multi-stage program temperature control by a touch screen controller to achieve accurate environment simulation.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature, humidity and operating procedures through the touchscreen controller.
2. You can choose a fixed-value operation or a timed operation mode.

5. After running, the device can be automatically stopped or operated through a remote control interface.

The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protections, including over-lift alarm, menu lock, over-lift prevention, overload protection, and power failure protection, but it still needs to be checked regularly.
