Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS series) is a device for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance environment testing. Temperature range covers -20 ℃, -40 ℃, -70 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% -98% RH, and provides a variety of content products from 50L to 1000L to meet different testing needs.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and adopts a refrigeration system with a French Taikang or a German BITZER Compressor as the core, and cooperates with environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants to achieve rapid cooling. The centrifugal fan is used in the box with a broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and the touch screen controller performs multi-stage program temperature control to achieve accurate environment simulation.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and operating procedures through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. For remote control, it can be connected via USB 3.0 or RS485 interface.
4. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation, regular operation).
5. Start the equipment and monitor the experimental process through the observation window.
6. After the experiment, the device can be automatically stopped or manually stopped according to the setting.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage check before use.
• Ensure that the water supply system (pump lift) is working properly to prevent dry burning or water shortage.
• Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the air duct is open.
Equipment has multiple safety protections, but operators still need to pay attention to alarm information (such as overtemperature, Sensor failure, etc.) and deal with it in a timely manner.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
• When moving your device, use the built-in pulley to push it carefully.
