Constant temperature and humidity test box (WSS series) is a device for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance experimental testing. Temperature range covers -20 ℃, -40 ℃, -70 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, and provides a variety of content product options, such as 50L, 80L, 100L, etc.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor or a German BITZER semi-enclosed Compressor, uses R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The air circulation system adopts a centrifugal fan with a broadband forced air circulation (up and down) mode to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and accurately controls temperature and humidity through multi-stage programs.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature, humidity and operating procedures through the touchscreen controller.
2. You can choose the fixed-value operation or the regular operation mode, and set the automatic stop condition.
3. Use the dedicated function keys to set the temperature, and modify or lock the parameters through the auxiliary menu.
4. Appointment start or stop times can be set.
5. Start the equipment, monitor the experimental process through the observation window, and the controller displays the temperature operation in real time. Linear dispersion.
6. After the experiment is completed, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting, or manually stopped.
Notice
• The equipment has multiple safety protections. In case of alarm (such as over temperature, Sensor failure, water shortage, etc.), please check and troubleshoot in time.
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%) before use.
• Note that the water supply method of the equipment is pump lift, and it is necessary to ensure that the water source is normal.
• The equipment has a power-off protection function, which can automatically resume operation after power is restored, but it is recommended to check the parameter settings.
• When moving your device, use the built-in pulley and place it smoothly.
• Regularly check the status of wearing parts such as refrigerants and fuses.
• Do not open and close the box door frequently during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
• Please use a suitable detergent when cleaning to avoid damage to the surface coating of the box.
