TAISITE WSS-50P constant temperature and humidity test box is a kind of equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance testing. Temperature range can reach -70~ 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% -98% RH, content product is 50L.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor or a German BITZER semi-enclosed Compressor, and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R404A and R23 to achieve cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The centrifugal fan is used in the box with a broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity. The temperature control adopts multi-stage program temperature control, which is monitored by a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and displayed and operated by a color LCD touch screen.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature, humidity, and operating procedures (setting or timing) through dedicated function keys or touch screens.
2. Confirm that the water supply system (pump lift) is normal.

4. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped.

• The equipment has multiple safety protections, including fuse-free switches, fuses, over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning protection, water shortage protection, liquid level protection, Compressor overvoltage/overheating/overcurrent protection and emergency stop protection, but still need to be checked regularly.
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%) before use.

• The heating and cooling rates of the equipment are non-linear, please refer to the specifications for specific performance parameters.
• There are 2 built-in shelves, please place the test samples reasonably.
• The inner diameter of the lead hole is 52mm, which is used to test the cable passing through.
• The device has power-off protection and call recovery functions, but it is still necessary to confirm the running status when restarting after unplanned power failure.
• Menu lock function can prevent misoperation, pay attention to password management.
