TAISITE WSS-80T constant temperature and humidity test box is a device for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Temperature range is -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, Interior volume is 80L.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and cooled by a refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or a German BITZER Compressor. Centrifugal fans and broadband forced air circulation (up and down) are used to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The controller collects data through the PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor to control temperature and humidity in multiple stages.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and operating procedures through the large-screen LCD touch controller (support setting or timing operation).
3. Start the device, and the device will run automatically according to the set program, and can be monitored in real time through the observation window.
4. After the experiment, the device can be stopped automatically or manually.
5. Use the built-in pulley to move the device (if required).
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• The equipment has multiple safety protections (such as over-temperature, anti-dry burning, water shortage, Compressor protection, etc.), but safety still needs to be paid attention to during operation.
• Check the water supply system before use to ensure it is normal.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
