TAISITE WSS-80P constant temperature and humidity test box is a equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Its temperature control range can reach -70 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, Interior volume is 80L.

Principle
The equipment uses a multi-stage program temperature control system, using a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater for heating, a stainless steel sheathed heater for humidification, and a refrigeration system with a French Taikang or German Bitzer Compressor as the core for cooling. Broadband forced air circulation (up and down) is realized through a centrifugal fan to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The controller precisely adjusts the working status of each system according to the feedback from the PT100 temperature sensor and the imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor to achieve the set temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. You can choose from fixed-value operation, regular operation or program operation mode.
4. Start the equipment and start the experiment.
5. During the experiment, real-time observations can be made through the observation window.
6. After the experiment, the device can be automatically stopped or manually stopped according to the setting.
Notice
• The equipment has multiple safety protections, including fuse-free switches, fuses, over-temperature protection, anti-dry burn protection, water shortage protection, liquid level protection, Compressor overvoltage/overheating/overcurrent protection and emergency stop protection, but still need to be checked regularly.
• Please ensure that the supply voltage is within the allowable fluctuation range of the device (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• The equipment is equipped with a lead hole (inner diameter 52mm), please pay attention to the sealing and protection of the cable when using it.
• The equipment adopts an automatic defrosting structure without manual intervention.
• The water supply method is pump lift, and it is necessary to ensure that the water source is normal.

• Non-professionals should not modify advanced settings such as menu lock and deviation correction in the controller.
