Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test box (WSS series) is a kind of equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Temperature range can reach -70 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, providing a variety of content product options, such as 50L, 80L, 100L, etc.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor or a German BITZER semi-enclosed Compressor, and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R404A to achieve cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The centrifugal fan is used in the box with a broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The temperature control adopts multi-stage program temperature control, which is accurately monitored by a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature through a dedicated function key.
2. You can choose from fixed-value operation, regular operation or program mode.
3. Perform parameter correction, alarm setting or menu locking through the auxiliary menu.
4. Device supports scheduled start and stop.
5. Linear dispersion of temperature and humidity can be observed in real time through the touch screen during the experiment.
6. After the experiment is completed, the equipment can be automatically stopped.
Notice
• The equipment has multiple safety protections, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the status of safety functions such as over-lift alarm, menu lock, over-lift prevention, overload protection, and power-off protection.
• Please ensure that the water supply system (pump lift) is normal before use to prevent dry burning or water shortage.
• Note that the power requirements of the equipment are AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%.
• Regularly check the refrigerant (e.g. R404A, R23) and Compressor status.
• When moving the device, the built-in pulley can be used, but it needs to be smooth.
