Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS-100T) is a kind of equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance experimental testing. Temperature range covers -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, content product is 100L, suitable for a variety of environment simulation test needs.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater through a multi-stage program temperature control system, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and realizes broadband forced air circulation (up and down) through a centrifugal fan to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor or a German BITZER semi-enclosed Compressor, air-cooled (single-stage or cascade) refrigeration with environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and cooperates with an automatic defrosting structure to achieve rapid and stable temperature changes.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program parameters through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. You can choose from fixed-value operation, regular operation, or program mode for experimentation.
4. Use the observation window to monitor the experimental process in real time.
5. After the experiment is completed, the equipment can automatically stop running.

• Please ensure that the power supply voltage of the device meets the requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently to avoid affecting the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
• Pay attention to check the water supply of the humidification system to prevent dry burning.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the ventilator is open.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
