Constant temperature and humidity test box (WSS-100D) is a kind of equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Temperature range can reach -40 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, Interior volume is 100L.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The box adopts a centrifugal fan with a broadband forced air circulation (up, out, down) mode to ensure uniform temperature and humidity. The control system collects data through the PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and the touch screen controller performs multi-stage program temperature control to achieve accurate temperature and humidity environment simulation.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. You can choose a fixed-value operation or a timed operation mode.
4. Start the equipment, the system will run automatically, and the experimental status can be monitored in the observation window.
5. After the experiment, the device can be stopped automatically or manually.
6. Support remote control and data monitoring via USB or RS485 interface.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Please ensure that the water supply system (pump) is normal before use to avoid dry burning.
• Do not switch the Compressor on and off frequently, so as not to affect the service life.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the air duct is open.
• If there is an alarm such as overtemperature and water shortage, please check and troubleshoot according to the prompts before running.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal circuits and safety protection devices of the equipment.
• When moving your device, use the built-in pulley to move smoothly.
