Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves rapid cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The box is equipped with a centrifugal fan and a broadband forced air circulation (up, out, down) mode to ensure uniform temperature and humidity. The controller collects data through the PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor to realize multi-stage program temperature control.

Steps
1. Parameter setting is performed through the touch screen controller, and a fixed value or program operation mode can be selected.
2. Use dedicated function keys to set target values such as temperature and humidity.
3. If programming is required, multi-stage program editing can be performed through the controller.
4. Appointment start or stop times can be set.
5. Start the equipment, monitor the experimental process through the observation window, and the controller displays the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the experiment, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting.

* The equipment has multiple safety protections, including fuse-free switches, fuses, over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning protection, water shortage protection, liquid level protection, Compressor overvoltage/overheating/overcurrent protection and emergency stop protection, but still need to be checked regularly.
* Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
Please check whether the water supply system (pump lift) is normal before use to prevent abnormal humidification.
Pay attention to the use of equipment lead holes (52mm inner diameter) to ensure safe wiring.
When moving the device, the built-in pulley can be used, but it needs to be operated smoothly.
The controller menu can be locked to prevent incorrect operation.
* The equipment has an automatic defrosting function, but after running in a low temperature and high humidity environment for a long time, it is recommended to check the studio condition.
