Overview
The TAISITE WSS-100P constant temperature and humidity test box is a device for heat, cold, dry and moisture resistance experimental testing. Temperature range up to -70 ° C to 150 ° C, humidity control range from 20% to 98% RH, content area of 100L, suitable for a wide range of Reliability testing needs.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater through a multi-stage program temperature control system, and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 as refrigerants, and achieves rapid cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The centrifugal fan is used in the box with a broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The humidity control adopts an imported wet and dry bulb Sensor, and the water supply is lifted to the humidification system through a water pump.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed value/timing operation mode through the touch screen controller.
3. Put the sample to be tested in the inner box and place it on the standard shelf.
4. Start the equipment and start the experiment.
5. Linear dispersion of temperature and humidity can be monitored in real time through the observation window or remotely through the controller.
6. After the experiment reaches the set time or conditions, the equipment can be automatically stopped.
7. After the experiment, remove the sample and perform equipment maintenance as required.

• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
Equipment is equipped with multiple safety protections (e.g. over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning, water shortage protection, etc.), but its effectiveness still needs to be checked regularly.
• Pay attention to the size of the inner box (450 * 550 * 450mm), do not overload the sample.
• Check the water supply system before use to ensure that the humidification function is normal.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the door frequently to avoid affecting the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
• Maintain equipment regularly, including cleaning and checking key components such as refrigerant and Compressor.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal electrical and refrigeration systems of the equipment without authorization.
