TAISITE WSS-150F constant temperature and humidity test box is a equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Temperature range is 0~ 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20%~ 98% RH, Interior volume is 150L.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and cooled and dehumidified by a refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor. A centrifugal fan is used to achieve broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The controller precisely adjusts the working state of the heating, humidification and refrigeration system according to the setting program or set value to achieve and maintain the required temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Parameter setting is carried out through imported large-screen LCD touch controller, and fixed-value operation or program operation mode can be selected.
3. Set the required temperature, humidity, running time and other parameters, and can lock the menu.
4. Start the device, the device will run automatically, and the controller will display the temperature operation in real time. Linear dispersion.
5. Remote monitoring and control can be performed via USB 3.0 or RS485 interface.
6. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped.
Notice
• The equipment has a number of safety protection functions (such as over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning protection, water shortage protection, Compressor protection, etc.), but it still needs to be checked regularly.
• Please ensure that the water supply system is normal before use to prevent the humidifier from dry burning.
• When moving the device, the built-in pulley can be used, but it is necessary to ensure that the ground is flat.
• When conducting high and low temperature alternating experiments, please pay attention to whether the defrosting function is normal.
• Non-professionals should not modify advanced parameters such as deviation correction in the controller at will.
• Call again after the device is powered off, with parameter memory and recovery functions, but it is recommended to confirm the setting value before starting.
• Do not block the ventilation port on the back of the device.
• The air duct in the box should not be blocked when placing the experimental samples to ensure uniform temperature and humidity.
