Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS series) is used for experimental testing of heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance. Model WSS-150D has an inner product of 150L, uses Temperature range -40~ 150 ℃, humidity control range 20% -98% RH.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and cooled and dehumidified by a refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor (using R404A, R23 refrigerants). A centrifugal fan is used to achieve broadband forced air circulation (up, out and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The controller precisely adjusts the working state of the heating, cooling and humidification system according to the set program or fixed value to achieve and maintain the target temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Perform parameter settings (temperature, humidity, running time, etc.) through the touch screen controller, and choose the fixed-value operation or program operation mode.
3. For remote control, it can be connected via USB 3.0 or RS485 interface.
4. Start the device, it will run automatically, and the experimental status can be monitored in the observation window.
5. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• Pay attention to the safety protection functions of the equipment, such as over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning protection, water shortage protection, etc. The equipment will alarm or shut down when abnormal.
• Please check whether the water supply of the humidification system is normal before use.
• Use the built-in pulley when moving your device and pay attention to safety.
• Maintain the refrigeration system regularly to ensure sufficient refrigerant and no leakage.
• The controller menu can be locked to prevent misoperation.
The equipment has a power-off protection function, and can continue to operate after power is restored, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the continuity of the experiment.
• Do not block the entry and exit trend of the equipment to ensure normal air circulation.
