TAISITE WSS-150Q constant temperature and humidity test box is a device for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance testing. Temperature range covers -20 ℃, -40 ℃, -70 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, and provides a variety of content product options, such as 50L, 80L, 100L, 150L, etc.

Principle
The device achieves precise temperature control through a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and a refrigeration system (France Taikang or Germany BITZER Compressor). Humidity control is achieved through a steam humidification system generated by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The air in the box is circulated by a broadband forced airflow (up, out, down) through a centrifugal fan to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The control system adopts multi-stage program temperature control, and real-time monitoring and feedback are carried out through PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity sensor.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed value/timing operation mode through the touch screen controller.
3. Start the equipment, the system will run automatically, and the experimental status can be monitored in the observation window.
4. After the experiment, the equipment can be automatically stopped according to the setting, or it can be stopped manually.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the internal temperature and humidity Stability.
• Regularly check the water supply of the humidification system to ensure that the water level is normal and avoid dry burning.
