Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test box (WSS-225F) is a kind of equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Temperature range is 0~ 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20%~ 98% RH, Interior volume is 225L.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The air in the box is circulated by a centrifugal fan in a broadband forced airflow (up, out, down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity. The controller collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor to perform multi-stage programmed temperature control and humidity control.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Parameter setting is carried out through the large-screen LCD touch controller, and fixed-value operation or program operation mode can be selected.
3. For remote control, it can be connected via USB 3.0 or RS485 interface.
4. Start the equipment, the equipment will run automatically according to the set program, and the experimental status can be observed in the observation window.
5. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting.
Notice
The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protections (e.g. over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning protection, water shortage protection, etc.), but it still needs to be inspected regularly.
Make sure the water supply system (pump) is working properly before use.
• When moving the device, use the built-in pulley, but pay attention to stability.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently to avoid affecting the internal temperature and humidity uniformity.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to ensure proper operation of ventilating and cooling systems.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal circuits and safety devices of the equipment.
