Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS-225D) is a device for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance experimental testing. Its temperature control range is -40 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, Interior volume is 225L.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and cooled by a cascade refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or a German BITZER Compressor. The humidity control adopts a stainless steel sheathed heater for steam humidification. The temperature and humidity in the box are monitored by a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and the temperature is controlled by a multi-stage program by a touch screen controller. The system uses a centrifugal fan to realize broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform and stable temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed value/timing operation mode through the touch screen controller.
3. Start the device, the system will run automatically, and the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion can be observed in real time on the touch screen.
4. After the experiment, the equipment can be automatically stopped according to the setting, or it can be stopped manually.
